According to me, Google Webmaster tools is the best and it's will assist you to get the website statistics like no of searches, total keyword-density in the website, number of internal-links, number of back links, crawler errors and it all various on the type webmaster tools you use.

My Favorite seo tool is SeoQuake and it is a useful and handy tool, I happily used it for years. It combines many useful features that give you freedom of no need to go for others tool. But don't install the latest version of Firefox with it, because SeoQuake won't work properly.
