First you need to edit a post or page where you want to add keywords and meta description. Scroll down a little to 'Yoast SEO' meta box below the post editor. You will see your site's title and automatically generated description as a snippet. Below that you will see Meta Keywords field.

The limit for page titles is between 50-60 characters. However, that's not extremely accurate because Google uses 512 pixels as the width of the a result and it appears that titles longer than about 502px will always be truncated in results
