Hello,
Sometimes it can take a week or more for a search engine to update search results. This is because your website is new and doesn't have any inbound links. First, create an account on Google webmaster tools. When you register and point Google to your sitemap.xml URL you can request them to re-crawl your URLs.

You Have Crawl Errors. In some cases, Google will not index some pages on your site because it can't crawl them. Even though it can't crawl them, it can still see them. To identify these crawl errors, go to Google Webmaster Tools → Select your site, → Click on "Crawl" → Click on "Crawl Errors"

This may happen for a lot of reasons. Either your website is still new or you didn't request Google crawl to fetch your site. Or you don't have a valid Sitemap.

Google immediately won't index any website. It takes some time maybe a week or month and etc. If you want to index your page immediately. Try to submit your site through fetch as Google option in the search console
