Might be some reasons like:-
- blocked via robots.txt
- internal or external duplicates
- your website is new
- page load time
- orphaned pages

Google doesn't crawl all the pages on the web, and we don't index all the pages we crawl. It's perfectly normal for not all the pages on a site to be indexed. If your site used to be indexed, but no longer is, you can read more about possible reasons for this.

Not indexed means your webpage is not in the list of search engine result page, when users search their queries.

It takes to get indexed for a web page. A web page can take a week or more than that  to get crawled and indexed in Google after making changes to it.
