I summed it up in the subject.
I have a HUGE website with pictures. A 'Gallery'. Huge is about 60k images. (memes)
I needd to generate that site map and then keep it updated on either a weekly or monthly basis.
I would like to use the image map as well if possible.
I have created a sitemap. I actually had to stop it after about 6 hours because it was just hitting the server too hard...(merely testing the software..LOVE IT...)...
I uploaded to google and did all that. I seem to have done it all correctly.
I need to now either 'resume' and complete this sitemap and then continue to build on it either weekly or monthly using this software.
I have started a 'resume (FULL)' with the software and I am waiting for it to finish or get to a point I kill it...server load concern during testing...
What is the best, most efficient way to learn the basics of this software. I am not opposed to effort to learn, but I am on a timeframe as I am using the demo and want to make sure I can do this before I purchase...which I am about 99999.99999% sure I am doing for my OTHER sites anyway...it is awesome...
Anyway..assistance would be great...THANKS!!
Chris
Hi Chris,
You can automate A1 Sitemap Geneator - even so it will continue/resume a crawl

Here is the help page about resume/recrawl functionality

By the way: Version 9.0.0 update #6 was recently released which included a small improvement if you use "Resume (fix errors)"

I am testing it this weekend.
This software is excellent (so far).
Thank you,
Chris
Glad to hear - let us know if you need help, have feature suggestions or similar :)
I have a few days left of the test period and will be purchasing at the end of this week once pay hits the account.
So far everything I have ben testing has been AMAZING and has worked flawlessly.
I do have a question as to a direction to turn to understand what I might be able to do and how THIS software can help as I do a FULL site redesign.
Due to the changes in the google policies on mobile compatibility I have to do an entire redesign on my most SEO deep website...lol...my luck.
Not that I care in the long run, but with over 2 million monthly engaged on Pinterst there are ALOT of links to consider...:)
Soooo...is it possible to assist in SEO smooth transitions with this software package?
Thanks in advance...and THANK YOU for this product!!
Chris
Are you asking with regards to e.g. changing old to new URL paths?
...
Or are you talking general everything technical SEO?
If this you could consider trying the sibling tool A1 Website Analyzer as well (can share project files and data)
- Or if you prefer to have all SEO tools built into the same program https://TechSEO360.com (https://techseo360.com)

Whichever you choose (A1SG + A1WA) or TechSEO360 is mainly a question of which pricing model you prefer and how much you want it all packed into the same tool.
I am taking my website (keepingdomain name ) that has an old non-mobile CMS gallery package and doing an entire NEW site with wordpress (Again same domain name).
There are about 900k links to my current site from other sites.
Once I change the site design and paths those links will die. I would hope they would just resolve to the base domain name...but either way...
I will be using the same file set for the gallery so a lot of the file name should be the same. Might be able to mimic SOME paths in the rebuild by using the same slug/URL names and such.
I don't think it will matter in the end...more just curiousity...just having a GOOD mobile friendly site will get it back up to where it needs to be in revenue each month...lol.
I just wish there was a GOOD coder that really knew PHP/CSS/HTML combo on this planet...lol..
Chris
Could you use mod_rewrite or something like that to redirect your old URLs using patterns
You are welcome to email us (http://www.microsystools.com/home/contact.php) - but we are best for raw programming and not so much design :)
Hey hey...purchased a license several weeks ago and still have yet to get an e-mail. I have been watching the SPAM folders...searching them again right now...:)
Thanks,
Chris
Hi,
We will resend your license from two different email accounts to your email address (same as forum) - please report back if it does not reach you :)
I bought this yesterday and testing it will update the review soon
