However, it is not free, and it is for the Windows platform although it can also run under Linux (http://www.microsystools.com/products/sitemap-generator/help/linux-sitemap-generator-tool/) and Mac (http://www.microsystools.com/products/sitemap-generator/help/mac-sitemap-generator-tool/) using virtualization.
