I am unable to generate <video:player_loc> video sitemap tag after scanning my page with the following video embed code:

Did you follow the video sitemap tutorial? (You have to use the video presets normally for it to work. Reason is that Javascript and other options then get enabled.)

Note: I just ran a test on your code... And at least for me it works fine when using the video sitemap preset (assuming you are using a recent version of A1 Sitemap Generator)
