As I was working on one of my site and accidently I have uploaded the file having no indexed Meta tags and due to that my site pages are out of Google search. I have removed the no indexed Meta tags but now I want to know when will my pages be re indexed? And will it again start indexing from the scratch?

You can add meta-tags in your website. And do bookmark those pages. Google will soon index your pages.
You have to inform Google that you update your site with removing no index Mata tags, for that fetch all pages that u have updated using google fetch tool in webmaster tool and update sitemap once.
After this on page process, create some high pr backlinks by social bookmarking submission. This technique is very effective to index your updates pages in Google.
