Can someone explain?  Digg is a social bookmarking sites or social networking sites?

In my opinion Digg is the social bookmarking site.

According to me digg is popular social bookmarking site and by the way when it comes to digg, the first image in mind with digg is being as social bookmarking site and wikipedia defines it as a social news website. You can organize your data on digg and discover as well as share content from anywhere on the web.

Digg is social bookmarking site. where we can store our details.

But we follow people and people follow us. We create a networking among members and share content, make commenting, vote to story etc. Why not it should be networking site?
