How does Google Plus helps in Seo?

Google plus is a social networking website from Google which helps to create a company webpage and promote your business. It helps to gain more traffic and build your website popularity in search engines.

Google Plus really has helped my SEO efforts and my online marketing. Getting my Google Plus posts ranked in one to three hours is amazing.
In addition, my Google Plus posts promoting my other blog posts with several of them being highly ranked by Google for the same keyword phrase is mind-boggling.

The first two post are irrelevant to the thread because it only discussed about Google+ only while on top of my post claiming that he rank his Google+ post in just only one to three hours which in reality its not.
