Is it possible to use proxies that change geolocation for use with social networks? Or will social networks still see my real geolocation?
Tell me, what additional parameters should I pay attention to?

Of course, because proxies are mainly used for this. If you don't want to analyze offers from many proxy providers, then use proxy package finder tool. This greatly simplifies the proxy selection process.
Is this an online tool? How can I try this?

See my signature. ;)
Social media proxies are residential IP addresses that are connected to a residential home address. To create multiple accounts on social media, companies use more than one IP address. It's simply because creating a bulk of social media accounts from one IP address will get the IP blocked.
Please use a proxy to mask your location. I can suggest a good service - proxys.io (https://proxys.io/en). I buy proxies there myself and they do a great job with anonymity.
