Here are the step for social bookmarking:

1. Create Account
2. Activate Account
3. Sign in into Account
4. Click on Add Bookmark button
5. Fill Up Form
6. Click submit button

Selection of proper tags are i think one of the most useful among this which is missing here

Steps of Bookmarking is not so hard you can promote your site as you post and share link on facebook, but on some sites you have need to fill all listed field like title description, url, tags category, type etc. then you can easily promote your site on social sites. 

I am believed about that social bookmarking is the best off page activity, I am use for only getting index the site-link into the serp. Otherwise I am not preferred to social bookmarking submission cause of not effect in google search engine as per google updated 2012.

Social bookmarking is best and simple technique to improve traffic on your site but make sure you use best bookmarking site example: Digg, Delicious, Stumble, Diggo.

First of all create an account
Than active it by checking your email than Sign in into Account, Click on Add Bookmark button the forum will be up there in front of you. fill it than Click submit button to submit your Story.

I think this is self explanatory for almost every account. When you are going to register an account then there are steps to follow and you don't need to remember anything.

Simply search for the bookmarking sites, create account and validate it if require then submit your url and story .

1st you need to signup and make a profile then submit your site in that site "Simple"

search a high PR social book marking site .Than first step is:
1.Register your self
2. submit your link
3.than fill the field shown on the screen like title,tag,Description,category of bookmarking normally it is news.
than fill the captcha code and the final step click on submit button.

There are Very simple process of perform bookmarking.
1. Create Account in Social Bookmarking Sites (Delicious, diigo, stumbleupon)
2. Activate Account
3. Sign in into Account
4. Click on Add Bookmark button
5. Fill Up Form (Url, Title, Tag, Driscription)
6. Click submit button
7. Pick Link.
