Twitter and Facebook both are most famous social networking site and also wide use by people. Both sites are provide their unique feature and technique which helps to increase business revenue. As per me Facebook is better than twitter because Facebook provide the social media platform, many unique features like page creation etc. which is very easy to use and understand for end user.
Both are beneficial to increase your website traffic.
From my point of view Twitter and Facebook both are famous websites for the promotion of the website or business. but among these two sites the best site is Facebook and the reason is that in the facebook you can create the fan pages and create the applications related to your business or web services. You can join different groups on the facebook and increase the traffic to your website.

I n my opinion Facebook is more important as compared to twitter. Because the twitter have low users as compared to Facebook and not contain advertisement page.
