Hi everybody my objective is to create a simple website in which to have pics and other stuff, i would like to have it up and running by the end of the month, i am willing to pay for a host. though i'm a total noob, i have no idea how to do any of this,

i have no idea about it but adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver is the best software to design a web site

For creating a simple website you can buy a domain and install it using wordpress CMS and don't forget for creating mobile version of your website..
