Is it possible to enter a URL such as mywebsite.com/test1.aspx and find all the internal links to this page?

What you would do is to scan the domain first.

Then yes, after that, you can view all internal links to that URL. See this help page:
http://www.microsystools.com/products/website-analyzer/help/website-analyze-links-checks/

I think that is fine. Alternatively you can exclude nonwanted pages in robots.txt (or noindex them)
