Dear Friends,

Hi Friends,
Unfortunately, the same plugin isn't made for Google Chrome. So for Chrome I tend to use the SEO Toolbar by Moz.

Step 1
Download from here: http://moz.com/tools/seo-toolbar. It will launch in the Google App store, simply click on "Free" to proceed with the installation. You might need to create a free account with Moz, but rest assured, this extension is completely free.
Step 2
Then click on "Add" when you see the prompt.

Step 3
To launch it you can either click on the little "M" icon in the top right of your browser or use the hotkey: CTRL + Shift + Alt + M

Step 4
In the bar that appears after you launch the toolbar, click on the "Highlight" marker icon. You can then activate highlighting of followed links and no-followed.

You can then see it will highlight them on your webpage.

If you take that out, your link becomes DoFollow. There is no actual DoFollow tag. The absence of the NoFollow tag makes the link DoFollow

If you own a separate blog site you can set your links in the comment section as no follow attribute.

A no follow link is a link that does not count as a point in the page's favor, does not boost PageRank, and doesn't help a page's placement in the SERPs. No follow links get no love. Theirs is a sad and lonely life. The nofollow tag is basically a notice sign for search engines saying "don't count this."

Hello,

You can check the site by installing Moz bar in your browser. It will show the domain age, follow-no follow links or spam score etc

It's quite simple to check if the link is do-follow or no-follow. All you need to do is, go the source code of the page.

To go to the source code of the webpage press 'Ctrl + U' from the keyboard or simply right click on the webpage & choose the option ' View Page Source' from the drop-down menu.

The page with a huge amount of code will open. Don't worry, you will not have to search manually for the link from this huge line of codes.

Next you need to press 'Ctrl + F' and write the anchor text for which you need to check the link type.

There are many extensions that let you check whether the link is dofollow or nofollow.

To check if a link is dofollow or nofollow, you can simply inspect the link in the browser and check the HTML code. To do this, right-click on the link in the browser and select "Inspect". This will bring up the HTML code associated with that link. If you see rel="nofollow", then the link is a nofollow link.
