You can use Google URL Submit Tool to let Google know about your link and hopefully index it sooner.

I have the following six tips :
1. Only allow Google Index Pages, Posts, and Categories : the goal is to make the Google Bot focus only on these three components without going into any other components.
2. Enhanced backlink internally : The internal link properties in your blog carry dofollow, so if your post is pointing to one another, the search bot will crawl more pages at the same time.
3. Submit XML Sitemap : You put the URL you want to index into the sitmap and submit it to Google via the Google Webmaster Tool.
4. Posting on social bookmarking sites and social bookmarking .
5. Enhance Onpage SEO for posts.
6. Use the Fetch as Google tool : This tool will help you send directly the link you need to index to Google without waiting for the bot to visit the website

You can use this tool to get any webpage indexed in search result. Though Google don't index all the submitted URLs to their search index. However, the URL you are submitting adds value from a searcher perspective then most of the time it gets indexed.

A some of the simple tips to increase your site's index speed:
-Using the methods above, find and fix all the errors.
-Make sure your site is fast.
-Add an XML sitemap to your site and submit it to the search engines.
-If all of that fails to improve your crawl speed, start link building.
