W3C Link Checker
Google Webmaster Tools
After finding the broken links follow the steps given below:

Find the updated link
Replace the link with new one
Remove old one

If you remove your broken link firstly find your broken link. So go to  brokenlinkcheker website and remove your broken link.

first of all find broken links in your website via any broken link finder like SEMrush then try to find their source and try to rectify these links with their original page OR you can redirect these links at home page of your website.

You can use various online tools to check broken links of your website and then collect these links in a separate file. If you have good in coding then try to find their actual source or page from where these broken link are generating then replace these broken links with their actual page or put home page link in anchor url.

First of run a site audit via brokenlinkcheck.com and find all broken links of your website and then apply below options to your website.
1: Apply a 301 permanent redirect to all those links to home page  OR
2: Find out pages that are linked with those broken links and resolve by actual page url in the anchor URL.
