As you have launched a new website it takes time for search engines to find it and index it. And if you have optimized it then there can be several issues with your website, which is not indexed by search engines. Such as:
1. Server loading issue
2. Crawling issues
3. Use of low-quality content
4. Technical issue
5. Lack of backlinks.

It may take some time for your newly constructed and launched website to appear in search engine results. It's normal for new sites to not be recorded. As a matter of fact, it can require half a month for Google to file your pages.

Even after submitting sitemaps and robots.txt files, a newly launched website might not get indexed due to various reasons. Such as:

1. Search engines need time to crawl.
2. Limited resources for crawling
3. Content not meeting quality standards.
4. Technical glitches
5. Presence of "no index" tags
6. Incorrect robots.txt settings
7. Sitemap errors
8. Domain or IP issues
9. Insufficient backlinks
10. Problems with canonicalization

Use search engine tools like Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to identify challenges in indexing your website.
