Hi,
I want to build a website which has passworded sections for two different groups of users. 
A database which holds info on each of the groups of the users for the other group to search.
There will be number of fields which I need the search to be able to filter by.

I believe this is very simple - compared to some of the complicated websites I have seen and don't want to pay for a service which is well beyond what I require.

Is it as simple as I think?  Could you recommend a service?  Any help would be brilliant.
