Now it is possible that you simply upload SWF file and you get HTML5 output because of Google new experiment of launching new tool called Swiffy in its labs. This tool allowing website developer to convert Flash (SWF) files to HTML5. That's means website designer can now reuse Flash content on devices. And you can use these without flash player. And the most important thing is Swiffy's output works in all web browsers, such as chrome and safari.
Still Swiffy is on experiment level so right now it won't convert all Flash content. Now it can convert only ads and simple animations.
