I think you need post a link to your website page, so people can see the code generated.

Have you tried removing code little-by-little and see when problem occurs? If I get time, I may take a look, otherwise hopefully someone else here can help you!
(I still think you should upload page to somewhere, so people immediately can view it in browser, test for HTML and CSS errors etc. This will increase the chances in both this and other forums I think)
Hi I think my contact.php it's not working. Also in my contact.html when you see required when I left them blank it still says You have
