You can use the plugins to add the meta tags and other changes. SEO Yoast is the best tool in wordpress to add the meta tags.

To add meta tags to your site, simply add them to the header.php template file in your WordPress Theme, specifically in the head section near the link for the style sheet. At the top you will see the DOCTYPE tag and below that you will see a couple more tags and then the <title> tag, looking something like this:

You can add them by admin side where the site administration or FTP file is loaded.

1. Login on your WordPress admin panel.
2. go to add plugins.
3. look for meta tag manager.
4. visit settings-> meta tag supervisor.
5. Click on add meta tag.
6. click on upload meta tag.
7. below tag, type choose "call"
