Hello, I am currently working on a website (as you can guess), and have been working the entire time in Firefox and Google Chrome. The website works great in Firefox and Chrome (big surprise there). It doesn't render properly at all in Internet Explorer. I figure it most likely is the CSS but to be honest I don't know where to start. I was hoping you guys could guide me to get it to work.
I am not asking you to do it for me just to put me in the right direction in what to do.

In Internet Explorer the top banner does not display, as well as the scroll bar is disabled.
