I don't wish for the technical text info to show in the link text box. Simply the Link to the page, the URL and the description. How to I change this? Thanks...

In "Search engine builder | General options" disable option "Show scores in search results"
Solution 2)
You can adjust the page showing search results. It is a onetime job since you can simple opt to only use the data files generated by A1 Website Search Engine in subsequent runs.
