As of me Pagejacking is the combination of Page and high-jacking. Pagejacking means to copy the content of a website and then put it on other site and then direct people to original site.

Page Jacking is related to the duplicate content issue.
When a website contains the content which is already exists on the web as a web-page then it is termed as page jacking. This is considered as spamming.
Page jacking is a form of cloaking, It is achieved by creating a rogue copy of a popular website which shows contents similar to the original to a web crawler, but redirects web surfers to unrelated or malicious websites. Spammers can use this technique to achieve high rankings in result pages for certain key words.
As per my recommended, Pagejacking is stealing the contents of a Web-Site by copying some of its pages, putting them on a website that appears to be the legitimate website and then inviting people to the illegal website by deceptive means.
Page jacking means hijack website or blog content. It is process to copy someone else website or blog content and publish it in our website or blog. It is process of search engine indexing spamming. It is un ethic or black heat SEO technique use to drive traffic for site and fast ranking up. If it is detected by search engine then your website will penalize.
