Title: What is the meaning of Blue Hat SEO?

We all have know that  in SEO three types White Hat, Black Hat and Gray Hat I have never read any information about Blue Hat SEO. I have only seen Blue hat SEO category in this forum. So please clarify me meaning and use of Blue hat SEO.

Term coined by Eli. Some of the ideas presented by them could nowadays be called grey-hat, but at the time, they were in their own category as "blue". Nontheless, there are a ton of interesting ideas (albeit not all equally ethical) found here: http://www.bluehatseo.com (http://www.bluehatseo.com)
