I Highly oppose the cloaking technique which is one of the black hat seo technique. It i nothing but misleading the bots by providing falls pages filled with keywords. Cloaking is done to increase the site map ranking but it is not the right way. I advice you not to follow this technique.
Cloaking normally means to current different version of web page contents since of search engines to search robots and human visitors based on their browser's user agent or IP address. It's a false technique used to cheat search engines in order to rank healthy for chosen keywords.
