What's the difference between bounce rate and exit rate?

Many person are confused between these terms. Exit rate is the percentage that were the last in the session. While bounce rate is the percentage that were the only one of the session. The bounce rate calculation for a page is based only on visits that start with that page.  I hope it is enough to get knowledge, If you know more reply here.
