How we can check which URLs have been indexed by Google?

You can check the indexed URLs by typing the code in the search engine console. The result will display only the indexed webpages.

SITE:URL

Just enter your website into the Google search box if your site is indexed it should be at top of results. This search would also show any external website that link to you or just list your url. If you add site:yourdomain.com this will list all pages indexed by Google.
