Very beneficial for all but most for the growing child. It makes the bones strong and gives the energy. Contains vitamins and minerals. Very beneficial nutrients.

Thanks for sharing milk benefits. I drink a lot of milk and I love it but you told us about the benefits do explain us the harmful effect of drinking Milk.
