What are important factors in Link building techniques..?

There are some important factors of link building techniques:-
1)   Always use one way link building strategies
2)   Website must be relevant
3)   Build links on the high authority sites such as wikis, .gov and .Edu
4)   Stability

My tip for link building is that never go for the quantiy of link building but just try to make some quality links.

We should try to get quality backlinks for site.

originality of the content used for link building and relevancy and authority of web pages form where we have been getting link is more important than any other factor. now it is up to you how you define the authority and which factor you consider for providing authority to specific web page.

By doing off page activities like forum posting, blog commenting, social bookmarking, article submission you can generate a quality backlinks to your site.

fresh content posting (article, blog, press release) and forum posting is the way of link building.
