I just created an image sitemap. It included 75 web pages that are already included in the standard xml that I have already uploaded to Google. How do I keep the image site map to only map images?

It means the image XML sitemap contains 75 page URLs which have image information associated to each of them.  Image sitemaps contain page URLs because you have to associate images to a page before you can include them in the image sitemap file.
