Google has decided to close its Labs initiative as part of the company's efforts to streamline its product portfolio and focus its development efforts.

i dont have any idea yet, if any explain how gonna effect us, if it really shut down its Labs 

My guess is they will still have a "lab". Just not a public one. Maybe they can try out some new things as part of Google Plus or part of other services. I think we will also see more and more integration between all services.

Google Labs has many useful functions . If they are incorporating some of the most useful functions in Gmail it will be welcomed.

I think this is a bad move for google. People love google for their innovations, and getting rid of labs is a big step towards killing what made them so popular. I could understand scaling back, and focusing on the more promising projects, but this just seems silly to me.
