How much keywords or the percentage of keywords you use generally in a content?

Recommended keyword density per content is 2 to 3% with no repetition of keyword phrases  but still most related to the story.

Keyword density in white hat SEO ranges between 0.7% - 5%, in gray hat from 5.1% - 9%, black hat in 9.1% and above. I think between 1 - 2% is the best

Simply just don't do stuffing, there are no as such mandatory rules in SEO but better to keep it under 5%
