I like to know which links are in the top as URL:

I understand top part as 3 paid sponsor links and on the right hand side also Ad- words. Why are top links not defined as sponsor? Is there any official explanation for this?

I think it should be used in example (language folder) like en-GB.
This way you will have specific defined country region.
Issue is how Google will detect International website for Google and regional (local) website like en-GB or .fr
After many testing on websites this is very important and it will not be listed inside Google search but only locally.
