How to remove render blocking issue from website?

Go to Performance -> General Settings.
You will see a few options under this heading.
In the Minify mode option, choose Manual, and then click Save all settings button.
At this point, you must fetch all the JS and CSS scripts causing render-blocking.

Google PageSpeed Insights will throw up a warning about Render-blocking JavaScript and CSS when you have files preventing the page from loading as fast as possible.

Click on I Understand the Risks button to disappear the message and enable minify. Next, You need to add those render blocking JS and CSS files in W3 total cache minify. You can find those render blocking CSS and JS file in Google page speed insight report. Hold your mouse over those links and then copy using mouse.
