Assuming your question is about using A1 Keyword Research for this:

First get some keyword suggestions:

Currently A1KR does not integrate with Google Adwords keywords tool. You should use that to check traffic:

Then check competition for the keywords:

Apart from the obvious Microsys solution, I think you would find Google Analytics and Adwords very useful. It shows you how many times all the keywords related to your sites have been entered in Google in the past month ( or however long you request). I was looking for results on dog clothes keywords and found that dog clothing is much more popular but harder to be picked out from than dog clothes or pet accessories. If a result is too popular then you have a great battle on your hands. Best to pick something mid-range.
