Assuming your question is about using A1 Keyword Research for this:

First get some keyword suggestions:

Currently A1KR does not integrate with Google Adwords keywords tool. You should use that to check traffic:

Then check competition for the keywords:

If your question is more general, ask in the search engine optimization forum at this website! :)

There are a few different strategies you can use to find keywords:

Brainstorming: Start by making a list of words and phrases that are related to the topic or product you are targeting.

Research competitors: Look at the websites and marketing materials of your competitors to see what keywords they are using.

Use keyword tools: There are several online tools that can help you find keywords, such as Google's Keyword Planner, UberSuggest, and SEMrush. These tools can help you find popular and relevant keywords based on search volume and competition.

Look at search suggestions: When you start typing a search query into a search engine, it will often provide suggestions for related keywords. These suggestions can be a good source of inspiration for finding additional keywords.

Use customer language: Consider the words and phrases that your target audience might use to search for your products or services. These can be good keywords to target.

Use long-tail keywords: Long-tail keywords are more specific and less competitive than short, broad keywords. They can be a good option to target if you are just starting out or if you have a niche product or service.

Use keyword research to inform your content strategy: As you research keywords, think about how you can use them to inform the topics and titles you choose for your website's pages and blog posts.
