But if your keywords are too specific then few people will search for your terms and you'll get few potential visitors.

Google adword tool is good to search the keyword. Keyword must be relevant to your site and title with less competition and high serach engine results.

100000 must be broad search volume. their is vast difference in broad, phrase and exact keywords. I usually select exact as broad will totally misguide you. And also all this tool are keyword suggestion tool they cant be perfect

Of course we should give time in selecting keywords for better result as keyword main thing in seo...
