Launcher will not accept this path.   I am guessing because there is no backslash after explorer.exe

I will look into making a tutorial regarding having Launcher in Control Panel / Notification area in Windows 7. It does actually work fine for me, but Windows 7 changed default behavior to hide programs in notification area. It is possible I do not have a sufficient good solution yet if Launcher still appears hidden for some

It seems I got confused in my earlier response. You can already now add .cpl files into Launcher. (Will get default icon though)
And control panel itself is just dragging in a normal Windows control panel shortcut into Launcher, and it will work.
