Funnel in GA is a complete representation of total visitors in percentage that trigger all the necessary steps in as well as the destination page URL.

In Google Analytics, a funnel is a navigation path (series of web pages) which you expect your website users to follow, to achieve website goals. A funnel is made up of a goal page(s) and one or more funnel pages (also known as the funnel steps).

Define the Lead Form Submission as Your Goal. You can't create a funnel in Google Analytics without first setting up a goal: Log into Google Analytics, drill down into one of your profiles, and click Admin in the top navigation.
