Do NOT

Insert links (not even in profile information) to anything to do with anything illegal or heavily borderline so. Use your judgement or someone else will:

Signatures to guns, adult, erotic, "hardcore dating", escort, scams, fraud (including spoofing support for another company's products) , piracy (including software, movies, music etc. + including torrent and similar file-sharing), casino/gambling (including roulette, slot machines, poker etc.), medicines, "recreative drugs" and similar will be deleted on sight even if it is not illegal in your jurisdiction. If you are a provider of and posting about a broad range of affiliate programs, you should not be focusing your post about adult, gambling and similar topics.

Do NOT

Insert links using URL shortening - i.e. so the true URL destination link is hidden

Do NOT

Insert extra links in bottom of your posts. You have a signature profile setting for that.

Do NOT

Make repeated one liner posts where you happen to link drop the same URL again and again and...

Do NOT

Ask 10 different one-line / 5-word questions as your first 10 posts... Makes us think you are a forum spam bot...

Do NOT

Repeatedly post messages about topics not related to the given forum board or forum thread... Makes us think you are a forum spam bot...

Do NOT

Have majority (...) of your posts consist of "fantastic post", "inspiring post" or "thank you" short comments.

Do NOT

Copy (and spin) someone else's post and post it yourself...

Do NOT

Copy (and spin) someone else's writing (from another website) and post it yourself... If it reads like nonsense spun text, it will get deleted.

Do NOT

E.g. posting one-liners in official product support forum boards suggesting competing products. (Much more leeway is given in general boards where you can recommend your own or other competing solutions assuming someone asked for such suggestions. But for threads in official support forums - you can not just post short one-liners recommending and/or linking competing products)

Do NOT

Post mainly to promote yourself in every post.

Do NOT

Have your first posts really be about you linking and selling to your own products.

Do NOT

Do "fake" bumps of your forum threads (typically seller threads) with repetitive information. Use your existing/reserved posts in the thread for updating e.g. "weekly number updates" and similar.

Do PLEASE

Understand admin work for a forum takes a lot of time, so we may time to time make mistakes. The spam amount can at times be massive which puts pressure on the amount of time available to deal out the "just right amount" of response to posts that violate the rules.

Do PLEASE

Understand we reserve the right to delete, warn, ban forum accounts and posts as we see fit. However, mistakes happen and we are sorry any inconvenience when these happen. We have to be very steadfast when moderating to keep the forum from becoming meaningless full of spam or low quality posts. It is very time consuming work.

This is a very useful information especially to new users like me. It will help us familiarize the forum, as well as will make this easy to comprehend.

There are lots of forum sites on the web. Suppose i made a posting another site. But i did not get a proper answer on that site. Then i  made same posting on here.  Will you consider my posting duplicate and delete?

You are free to repost your own posts of course.

The problem originated because people were copying others' posts on other forums and spinning them into garbage.

If a topic is posted in a forum that is not appropriate for the question, the staff has the right to move that topic to another better forum.
